We offer a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.
If you purchased an APStudent or APTeacher membership and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@mathtribes.com
- Include the email address used for your account
- Include your purchase date or order number (found in your Paddle receipt)
We will process your refund request within 2 business days. The refund will be issued by Paddle and will appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
3. Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Only the most recent payment is eligible for a refund. Previous renewal payments are not refundable.
- After a refund is issued, your account will be downgraded to APGuest level.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchase and refund cycles)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
5. Subscription Renewals
Annual subscriptions renew automatically. We will send a reminder email 7 days before your renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel before the renewal date by contacting us at info@mathtribes.com.
Renewal payments are eligible for a refund only if requested within 14 days of the renewal date.
6. Free Plan
The APGuest plan is free and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for free accounts.
